瑪南每年僅有數月可以施工。我們預計於 2026 年 10 月底前完成觀山暖堂（Grand Café）地基，為園區立下第一個工程節點。Manang has only a few workable months each year. By the end of October 2026, we aim to complete the Grand Café foundation, the retreat center’s first construction milestone.

更重要的是，它讓整個計畫開始累積真正的施工經驗：如何在瑪南有限的施工季工作、如何與當地工班合作、如何使用材料、如何讓建築安全度過冬季，以及如何把第一個完整的施工流程帶到後續的閉關房與其他設施。More than that, it allows the project to begin accumulating real construction experience: how to work within Manang's short season, how to work with local crews, how to use the materials, how to bring a building safely through winter, and how to carry that first complete process into the retreat houses and everything that follows.
瑪南，正式動工Breaking Ground in Manang
歷經多年規劃，瑪南瑜伽母閉關園區正式動工。After years of planning, construction at Yogini Retreat Manang has begun.
破土祈福與施工前的各項準備完成後不久，尼泊爾即發生嚴重洪災與山崩，多處道路與橋梁受損。所幸眾人平安抵達，工程得以順利展開，我們深懷感恩。The groundbreaking blessing and final preparations were completed just before severe floods and landslides damaged roads and bridges across Nepal. We are grateful that everyone arrived safely and the work could begin.
今年，把地基穩穩做好
明年雪融，我們繼續往上蓋This year, we build the foundation.
When the snow melts next spring,
we continue upward.
這不只是一棟建築的開始，更是眾人共同守護的願景，在瑪南落地成形。More than the start of a building, this is a shared vision taking shape in Manang.

迴向護持Dedication of merit

所有護持者的姓名，將由噶奇美多傑仁波切親自加持與迴向，祈願善願圓滿、福慧增長。迴向於三處：
Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche will include the names of all supporters in prayers and dedications of merit, with aspirations for the fulfilment of their wishes and the growth of merit and wisdom. These dedications are made on three occasions:
- 瑪南園區工程的完工法會The completion ceremony for the work in Manang
- 瑪南每個月的修法The monthly practices held in Manang
- 台灣光明洲實修中心的修法The practices at Oseling Meditation Center in Taiwan
- 敬贈「瑪南護持計畫」年度加持結緣品一份，以表隨喜與祈願。 A blessed annual keepsake from the Manang support programme, offered in rejoicing and prayer.
- 凡護持善款達新台幣五萬元以上者，將特別致贈噶奇美多傑仁波切親書藏文書法墨寶一幅，以示殊勝緣起與長久祝願。 For support of NT$50,000 or more, a piece of Tibetan calligraphy written by Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche himself, marking an auspicious connection and a lasting prayer.
地基深埋於土地之下，雖不為人所見，每一份護持卻都將被記得，並隨著工程的推進與修持的功德，一同祈願、迴向。 The foundation lies deep beneath the earth, unseen; yet every act of support will be remembered, and, as the work advances and the merit of practice grows, will be offered together in prayer and dedication.
捐款抵稅說明Tax deduction
社團法人光明洲實修中心協會為依法設立之社團法人。 Oseling Meditation Center Taiwan is an association duly established under the law.
依現行所得稅相關規定，個人對依法登記或立案之教育、文化、公益、慈善機構或團體所為之捐贈，如採綜合所得稅列舉扣除方式申報，得於法定限額內列報捐贈扣除額；一般情形下，其扣除總額以不超過綜合所得總額百分之二十為限。 Under the income tax regulations currently in force, an individual who files consolidated income tax using itemised deductions may claim donations made to a registered educational, cultural, public-interest or charitable organisation within the statutory limit. In general, the total deduction may not exceed twenty per cent of consolidated gross income.
本會於確認收到捐款後，將依規定開立捐贈收據，載明捐款人姓名、捐贈金額、捐贈日期及本會統一編號（00649447）。 Upon confirming receipt of a donation, the Association will issue a receipt in accordance with the regulations, stating the donor's name, the amount donated, the date of donation and the Association's tax identification number (00649447).
紙本捐贈收據原則上於次年四月底前統一寄送。捐款人如同意由本會代為上傳捐贈資料至財政部相關系統，供年度綜合所得稅申報使用，則不另行寄送紙本收據。 Paper receipts are, in principle, sent together before the end of April of the following year. Where a donor consents to the Association uploading the donation record to the relevant Ministry of Finance system for use in the annual income tax filing, no paper receipt will be sent.
實際可申報扣除之金額、適用方式及相關申報規定，仍應以捐贈當年度有效之法令、個別申報情形及稅捐稽徵機關之最終認定為準。 The amount actually deductible, the applicable method and the related filing requirements remain subject to the laws in effect in the year of donation, the circumstances of each individual filing, and the final determination of the tax authority.
以上說明僅適用於台灣地區之個人捐款人。 This note applies only to individual donors in Taiwan.
