After years of acquiring the land, receiving the transmission, and developing the master plan and building design, construction has begun at Yogini Retreat Manang.

承續三代上師在瑪南留下的修行傳承，瑪南瑜伽母閉關園區在噶奇美多傑仁波切指導下逐步成形。歷經土地取得、請法、整體規劃與工程設計，園區於 2026 年進入第一個施工季。 Rooted in a practice lineage carried forward in Manang by three generations of teachers, Yogini Retreat Manang is taking shape under the guidance of Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche. After years of land acquisition, the transmission, master planning and design, the project entered its first construction season in 2026.
2026 年 8 月，SMA 建築團隊與當地承包商完成施工前的現場確認與技術指導。月底，應噶奇美多傑仁波切敦請，拉契多津敦珠巴滇仁波切帶領僧團舉行破土祈福。 In August 2026, the SMA architectural team joined the local contractor and construction team in Manang for final site checks and technical preparation. Later that month, at the invitation of Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche, Lapchi Dorzin Dhondup Palden Rinpoche led the sangha in a ground-breaking blessing.
第一項工程從觀山暖堂（Grand Café）的地基開始。這不只是第一棟建築的起點，也是在瑪南高山環境中建立施工經驗的重要一步。 Construction began with the foundation of the Grand Café. The building will provide an essential shared space while giving the team practical experience in building at high altitude in Manang.
地基工程已進入收尾階段，預計 2026 年 10 月底完成，園區第一棟建築即將從設計圖走進現場。The foundation is now in its final stage and is expected to be complete by the end of October 2026, bringing the campus's first building off the drawing board and onto the site.
提前準備下一階段所需木材，讓明年雪融之後，工程能夠順利接續。木材處理即將展開。Prepare the timber the next stage needs, so work can continue smoothly once the snow melts next year. Timber processing will begin shortly.
支持閉關指導上師、園區基本運作，以及基金會必要的行政、會計與稅務。Support the retreat master, the basic running of the campus, and the foundation's necessary administration, accounting and tax.

一座面向安納普爾納群山的共用餐廚與休息空間。A shared kitchen, dining and gathering space facing the Annapurna range.
觀山暖堂將提供上師、閉關者、學員與志工日常用齋、飲茶、休息與相聚的地方，廚房也會支援閉關、課程與園區每日所需。 The Grand Café will provide teachers, retreatants, course participants and volunteers with a place for meals, tea, rest and gathering. Its kitchen will support retreats, programmes and the daily life of the campus.
它同時是第一個由建築師、當地承包商與施工團隊共同完成的建築。從地基開始，團隊將逐步建立適合瑪南氣候、材料與施工條件的合作方式。 It is also the first building that the architects, local contractor and construction team will complete together. Beginning with the foundation, the team will develop a practical building process suited to Manang's climate, materials and high-altitude conditions.
園區承續三代上師在瑪南留下的修行傳承與心願。The campus carries forward the practice lineage and aspirations established in Manang across three generations.
SMA 長年參與尼泊爾高山地區的建築計畫，並負責園區總體規劃與第一期設計。SMA brings extensive experience in Nepal's mountain regions and leads the campus master plan and Phase I design.
施工進度、募款金額與本季預算持續公開更新。Construction updates, fundraising progress and the seasonal budget are published as the work advances.
噶奇美多傑仁波切希望在瑪南建立一個讓人可以安住、閉關並重新與自己連結的地方。建築不是目的，而是讓上師得以駐錫、修行者得以閉關、團體得以學習與實修的條件。 Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche envisions a place in Manang where people can settle, enter retreat and reconnect with themselves. The buildings are not the goal. They create the conditions for teachers to stay, practitioners to undertake retreat, and communities to study and practise together.
